The Liar Princess and the Blind Prince Release Date

Along with a new trailer, we now have a release date in North America for The Liar Princess and the Blind Prince. Set to be released on February 12th 2019, this whimsical platformer by Nippon Ichi Software has cute character designs, along with a storybook feeling.

The game stars the Liar Princess, who is in actuality a monster who blinded the young Prince when he surprised her while she was singing. Feeling bad, the monster assumes the form of a little girl, and rescues the little boy, who has been sealed away in a dungeon. Thus begins the game, with the Liar Princess unable to reveal the truth, lest she risk losing the friendship of the Blind Prince.

The game will be released both digitally and physically on the Nintendo Switch and Sony PlayStation 4, with a special edition available at the Nippon Ichi Software online store, though it's already available in Japan.
