De Blob is a platform-puzzle video game. The game has players explore and liberate an alien city from the evil, monochromatic INKT Corporation that has taken over the city and outlawed all color and fun from daily life.

Grimlock’s Must or Bust:

Bust - With so many options in the platform-puzzle genre of games De Blob is just lost in the ever expanding genre. This will be one of those games to wait for the sale on Nintendo’s eshop.

Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy

Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy is a platform video game compilation developed by Vicarious Visions and published by Activision.

Must - Growing up I was a Mario/Sonic kid and never really got to play Crash Bandicoot. But now is a great time to pick Crash up and enjoy 3 games that have been beautifully remastered. If you are a platform game fan you owe it to Crash and yourself to give this trilogy a try.

Inside is a puzzle-platformer adventure game developed and published by Playdead.

Ys VIII: Lacrimosa of Dana

Ys VIII: Lacrimosa of Dana is an action role-playing game developed by Nihon Falcom, published by Nihon Falcom in Japan and NIS America worldwide.

Must - Ys is a long standing series that has been loved by many. Ys 8 is the action RPG that the Switch needs right now, you should not pass on what has been called one of the best action-RPGs of this generation!

LUMINES REMASTERED

The critically-acclaimed puzzle game is back! LUMINES REMASTERED is an HD remake of the original Lumines that debuted in 2004 on the PSP.

Must - Great music mixed with a solid puzzle game and it’s portable, yep sign me up!

Wolfenstein 2

Release date 06/29/18

Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus is an action-adventure first-person shooter video game developed by MachineGames and published by Bethesda Softworks.

Grimlock’s Must or Bust:

Bust - If this game runs anything like it did at PAX East back in April then stay far far away. Panic Button has shown us what an amazing job they can do porting games to the Switch (Doom, Rocket League) but they both had rough launches and got better with patches. Give this game a little time and I think Panic Button will have it running smooth on the Switch. This is a wait for it more than a bust.

Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle: Donkey Kong Adventure

DLC add on for the core game Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle.

Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle is a turn-based tactical role-playing video game developed and published by Ubisoft for the Nintendo Switch.

Must - DLC with new levels and new playable characters for a game that was already a blast to play! If you love turn-based tactical role-playing then this game is for you. If you are like me and don’t like this style of game Mario + Rabbids is still a game you should try!

Bust - I am tired of HD remakes of last gen games. We get it, you can make them look better. If you are a huge Far Cry fan then sure this is a great game to play, but I am not, so this is a bust.

Ikaruga

Ikaruga is a shoot 'em up developed by Treasure. It is the spiritual sequel to Radiant Silvergun and was originally released in Japanese arcades.

Grimlock’s Must or Bust:

Must - This is one of my all time favorite vertical shoot’em up games. The polarity mechanic is very unique and truly gives the game its own style in a genre that is hard to separate yourself in. (The polarity mechanic is the game's key feature and the foundation for its stage and enemy design. All enemies and bullets in the game are either black or white. Bullets which are the same color as the player are absorbed while the others will kill the player.)

Must - If you don’t have an Xbox then get this game and enjoy. If you do have an Xbox then get this game while you wait for Forza Horizon 4 to release and melt some tires with friends. For racing fans this game is a must!
